Unlike a lot of our competitors, we still manufacture a lot of our garments in England.
We ensure the quality of our products, without compromising on good value, through our quality control team of 60 people, which are all trained technicians. They visit ALL of our factories, as it is mandatory at Matalan, that everything we buy comes from a supplier, which has been visited by
our Quality Control team.
We are committed to offering our customers brilliant value for money without compromising the quality of your garments. We do this by using our number of stores strength of buying power, negotiation with our suppliers, discounts on the sheer volume of our purchases and due to our out of town
locations, we have lower rents on our properties. These cost savings are all passed on to our customers.
All our staff are trained to ensure the customer's needs are met.
