CHRISTMAS GIFT DONATIONS...
With Christmas fast approaching, the time has come again for Pic and Mix Images to team up with the wonderful companies that we have had the pleasure of dealing with over the last 4 years to help bring Christmas gifts to children who, without your generosity and Christmas spirit, would otherwise be going without.
Last year, we decided to put our extensive contacts in the baby and children’s industry to good use and organise a Christmas gift collection that could really make a difference to children in less fortunate circumstances.
We made contact with two extremely worthy causes, Social Services and a number of mother and child refuges. Both organisations do such fantastic work to keep children in the most safe and loving environments, but with budgets being tight and money being spent on the most necessary areas, Christmas gifts are in extremely short supply.
With a quick email out to the industry, it took only minutes for us to be inundated with generous emails of promised donations and over the next week an overwhelming number of presents small and large turned up at our offices. With gifts ranging from games, books and soft toys, to clothing, bedding and fancy dress outfits, it was a touching sight to see our office fill up to the brim. The few days leading up to Christmas were spent delivering these wonderful gifts to the delighted contacts at social services and the refuges who assured us that these van loads of gifts would be making some little ones extremely happy!!
This year we have again pledged to collect as many gift donations as we can, to make it as successful as last year.
If you would like to get involved in our pledge to make this year as successful, we again would welcome any gifts to donate on your behalf. Keep in mind your end of season stock or products that can not be sold due to damaged or opened packaging; minor details such as these won’t stop them putting a smile on the kids faces!

Seeing the faces of the children and parents we work with was truly memorable. They were excited and the gits made them feel valued and important and raised their self esteem during this time of year which brings additional stress to families.
